Construction projects on the rise, analyst says

Construction projects around the country should increase as credit eases and the cost of raw material stabilizes, according to analyst Chase Jacobson. The Sterne Agee analyst said long-term demand for construction later this year "will lead to a return of a more normal demand environment."
